Online classes

Weekly online classes are open for everyone, but especially designed for singers. We pay extra attention to breath, tongue and jaw, alignment, abdominal muscles, balance between relaxation and tone, … Every month we work on a specific series of exercises, with a different focus every week. 

For our online classes we work with Momoyoga, where you can register, book and pay your classes. (Check your spam.) Contact us if you want us to show you around on this platform. (You will receive a zoom link half an hour before class.)

In the series of workshops Yoga for (pre)professional Singers we look for tools from yoga which can support the singer both physically and mentally when singing. We are looking for a good balance between being relaxed, but still active. We do not sing in the workshops, but we will do everything we can to make singing easier. We will do this by practicing yoga postures (asanas) as well as breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation.

Hoe beter je in je vel zit, hoe beter je zingt!

In de reeks workshops Yoga voor (pre)professionele Zangers gaan we op zoek welke tools uit yoga de zanger zowel fysiek als mentaal kunnen ondersteunen bij het zingen. We zoeken naar een mooie balans tussen ontspannen zijn, maar toch actief. Zingen doen we in deze workshops niet, maar we gaan er wel alles aan doen om het zingen makkelijker te maken. Dit doen we door zowel yogahoudingen (asana’s) als ademhalingsoefeningen (pranayama) en meditatie te beoefenen.
